Forum face lift and upcoming news

As you can see, I've just implemented a pretty major sprucing up of these forums. So far it's mostly cosmetic, but there are a bunch of new smileys (even more when I fix a bug or two) and everything should be nice and readable now. Let me know if you guys spot any problems and I'll add them to the list.

Tomorrow I'll be working on a new forum structure to house our upcoming summer rewatch discussions - watch this space for news!
