I am desperate to watch episode 15

Please guys tell me how I can watch "A Short Story About Love"...I am dying! not literally....I can't find it anywhere. I see it on YouTube but you have to either fill out a form or do a questionaire and I don't trust that there isn't a virus or something. I even tried Netflix! Please any suggestions? Metfan
