Ambergram Polls

more than one of everything Posted on October 13, 2012 by birdandbearMay 20, 2013

Hey Fringies, here’s your chance to weigh in on the specifics of the project! Please take a moment to vote in the polls and help us make our final decisions.   Poll #1 – engraving: We’ve come up with three options for engraving into the large amber slabs. We can make them all the same, or we can use different phrases for different people. I used Bart’s name in the mock ups, because it’s nice and long. Option A: “There are stories you come across. These bright, bright lights. They drift across our minds, unforgettable. Fringe is one of them. … Continue reading →

Fringe Twitter Event 10/12/12: Preserving Memories (#)ForTheRecord

more than one of everything Posted on October 8, 2012 by aimeeinchainsDecember 11, 2012

Last week’s event had a smaller turnout than the premiere event, but this was expected. #AnotherWay still trended for a significant amount of time worldwide, in the U.S, and many countries, and reappeared at several intervals after initially falling off of the trend charts. Plus, Fringe dominated GetGlue, as normal for Friday nights. The Twitter events are more than just a trending effort. In the two years that I’ve been part of this online community, I’ve come across people from more countries than I can recall entirely from memory — from almost every continent. There is nothing quite like the … Continue reading →

FRINGE Analysis/Review 5.01 — Hope Can Be Found in the Smallest of Cracks

more than one of everything Posted on October 5, 2012 by aimeeinchainsDecember 11, 2012

Originally posted at FringeTelevision.com. A review will first be posted there for episode 5.02, “In Absentia.” A Beautiful Dream Inside of a Horrible Nightmare As the Fringe family of Olivia, Peter and their young daughter, Etta, enjoyed what Peter might call, “the perfect day,” I could not help but to smile. These precious moments of a happy family are few and far between on the show. However, there was also a conflicting dread, as I witnessed father and mother enjoying their precious toddler’s joy in her discovery of the effect that blowing air against a mature dandelion has on the … Continue reading →

#TheyAreHere – Fringe Fans Return En Masse to Twitter to Support Premiere

more than one of everything Posted on October 3, 2012 by fringeshipDecember 11, 2012

Since the renewal announcement for a final season of Fringe, the Fringenuity team discussed the social media campaigns and how to proceed for the last season. We definitely wanted to continue to show our support for Fringe. However, we also understood how challenging it was for international fans to tweet along live given the time zone differences. Realistically, we knew that with Season 5 secured, some fans may opt for well-deserved shut-eye. Our social media campaigns are now focused to show our love for a show that has given so much to its fans and brought together the best fandom … Continue reading →

Fringe Twitter Event: All is Not Lost – There’s Got to Be (#)AnotherWay

more than one of everything Posted on October 1, 2012 by aimeeinchainsDecember 11, 2012

The Premiere event for #TheyAreHere wildly exceeded our expectations, with strong trending worldwide, in the United States, and many, many other countries. We dominated Getglue, and trended on Google +. #Fringe also significantly trended, which is a very welcome, rare occurance. There will be an in-depth report from @Fringeship soon. This week, our reunited Fringe team will pick up where they left off. Although it seemed that all hope was gone, Walter was able to find some mix CDs, and his sheer joy in the synth beats and simple, yearning, vocals of Yazoo’s “Only You,” floored me, only to be topped … Continue reading →

Season 5 is almost here – Icon Packs for Sept 28th tweetout

more than one of everything Posted on September 27, 2012 by fringeshipDecember 11, 2012

Fringies, I know you’ve all been incredibly patient and excited for the Season 5 premiere. What better way to celebrate the show by sporting an icon for the twitter event #.TheyAreHere? If you’ve been reading our posts, you know that the campaigns helped in part to get us our precious final season. Fringenuity and Fringe fandom will be here to continue to celebrate the show.  As usual, we’ve had generous contributions from fans to help make these icons possible. There are many of choices so feel free to peruse. Examples from @Cheribot (with a Loyalist and a Resistance set):     Download Cheri’s icons … Continue reading →

We Were Warned — They Are Here — Fringe Premiere Twitter Event

more than one of everything Posted on September 19, 2012 by aimeeinchainsMay 30, 2014

Previously, on Morethanoneofeverything.net… Earlier this year, things were looking pretty hopeless for the future of Fringe. Who would have thought at that point what the future would hold: Just a little more than a week until the start of season five. The gift of a final concluding season is ours because of our love and dedication to this spectacular example of storytelling. We all crossed the line to save what we love. Fringenuity is continuing our Fringe fan social media blitz, but the objectives are different this time, because we have nothing to lose. Although the Twitter campaigns have always … Continue reading →

Loyalist/Resistance Propaganda Art Contest

more than one of everything Posted on September 12, 2012 by aimeeinchainsDecember 11, 2012

It won’t be long until #Fringe Friday nights return! And there will be a battle for hearts and minds. To prepare for the showdown, we’re looking for Loyalist and Resistance themed propaganda art/posters. This includes propaganda themed fan videos. Winner will be chosen at random. The prize is one (1) copy of Fringe Season Four on DVD or BluRay. Entry is open to international fans — we will work with the release dates for separate region codes. Link us your work (@Fringenuity), and tag entries,#ResistOrServe. You can also email entries to fringenuity@gmail.com. Be sure to include a twitter name if … Continue reading →
